Civilta' superiore? E che altro, se no?

Sabato scorso Paolo di Le Guerre Civili scriveva, a proposito di Claudio Sabelli Fioretti e di una sua performance ai microfoni di RAI Radio Tre:

Stamattina CSF ha esordito ricordando la sua guerra contro chi "predica la superiorità di una cultura o una civiltà sull'altra". Chi lo fa, è un ignorante e un criminale. Evidentemente si riferiva all'hippie con la bandana in testa.

Fin là, passi, anche se non sono assolutamente d'accordo. Un conto è applicare questa affermazione nel contesto di Claude Levi Strauss, un conto è equiparare -chessò- i pur lombardi longobardi con gli italiani rinascimentali... O l'hitlerismo col sionismo, come fanno molti pacifinti...

Secondo CSF, quindi, chi parla di una superiorità dell'Occidente rispetto, faccio un esempio a caso, all'Iran, è ignorante o criminale.



Io, ottimista come sempre, mi ritengo non un criminale irrecuperabile (sull'ignorante potremmo aprire un dibbbattito: ma chi non è ignorante, in qualche campo?) ma soltanto un individuo moralmente e antropologicamente inferiore, e dalla mia (sia pur infima) condizione intendo continuare a segnalare dei fatti (fatti, caro CSF, non pugnette ideologiche) che sembrano smentire certe tesi precotte dei pacifinti nostrani e documentare, invece, l'esistenza (guarda un po' cosa non ti fa la realtà, pur di dare dei dispiaceri ai nostri eroi) di culture e civiltà, come dire? meno avanzate e mature della nostra.



Prendiamo, ad esempio, questo caso (piuttosto comune, in Iran: non è assolutamente una eccezione, pur nella sua crudezza) di giustizia islamica: Una ragazza di 16 anni è stata condannata a morte e impiccata sulla pubblica piazza per avere commesso "atti incompatibili con la castità;" (in pratica, avere avuto rapporti prematrimoniali: cosa ne pensa Lidia Ravera, l'autrice di "Porci con le ali", ad esempio? Sarebbe interessante sapere se anche lei ritiene la sentenza giusta, in nome della pari dignità fra culture e civiltà diverse) e per avere poi osato contestare i suoi giudici e aguzzini:

On Sunday August 15, 2004, a 16 year old girl by the name of Atefe Rajabi, daughter of Ghassem Rajabi, was executed in the town of Neka, located in the province of Mazandaran, for "engaging in acts incompatible with chastity". The execution was carried out by the order of Neka’s "judicial administrator" and was approved by both the Supreme Court of the Islamic Republic and the chief of the nation’s "judiciary branch."



Although according to her birth certificate she was only 16 years old, the local court falsely claimed that she was 22.



Three months ago, during her appearance before the local court, fiercely angry the young girl hurled insults at the local judge, Haji Reza, who is also the chief judicial administrator of the city, and it is said as another expression of protest took off some of her clothes in the courtroom. This act by the young girl made the administrator so furious that he evaluated her file personally and in less than three months received a go-ahead from the Islamic Republic’s Supreme Court for her execution. The animosity and anger of Haji Reza was so strong that he personally put the rope around the girl’s delicate neck and personally gave the signal to the crane operator, by raising his hand, to begin pulling the rope.



It may be noted that although according to the Islamic Republic’s own penal laws the presence of an attorney for the defense [is supposed to be] mandatory, regardless of the defendant’s ability to afford one, nevertheless the girl remained without an attorney. Her unfortunate father, while tears poured from his eyes, went about the city beseeching the townspeople for money to hire an attorney who in the least would provide his daughter with a line of defense.



The young girl was buried the same day after her execution but during that same night her corpse was disinterred by unknown individuals and robbed. The theft remains unexplained and the Rajabi family has filed a complaint.



The 16 year old girl’s male companion, who had been arrested as well, received 100 lashes and, after the Islamic punishment was carried out, released.

Anche qui, notare la superiore civiltà della legislazione islamica: gli atti "incompatibili con la castità" sono stati ovviamente commessi in coppia: il ragazzo, in quanto maschio, ha ricevuto 100 frustate ed è stato poi rilasciato; la sua compagna sedicenne, in quanto femmina - cioè, per la mentalità islamista, un essere inferiore, sporco e impuro, equiparabile ai cani e ai porci, non certo agli uomini - è stata invece barbaramente uccisa.
