Cresce la cooperazione fra Italia e Israele

Sempre sul sito di Arutz Sheva, una notizia riguardante la sigla di accordi di cooperazione economica e scientifico-tecnologica fra Italia e Israele:

Israeli and Italian national manufacturers and international business associations signed two complementary industrial, scientific and technological cooperation agreements this week. The signatories to one agreement were the Israel Manufacturers Association and the Italian Manufacturers Association, and the signatories to the other were the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute and the SIMEST fund, established by the Italian government to assist Italian companies in business cooperation with non-EU countries.



The signing ceremony, held December 14 at the Weizmann Institute in Rechovot, was attended by Italian Deputy Minister for Foreign Trade Adolfo Urso. The deputy minister was in Israel on a three-day visit with 100 Italian business leaders in the power, telecom, water, aviation, defense, transportation, science and technology, chemical, agriculture and other sectors.



Pursuant to one of the agreements signed this past week, the Israeli and Italian manufacturers associations will submit a joint proposal to the Sixth Framework Program of the European Union (EU), which will focus on the sharing of technology between the private sector and research institutes and between different business sectors. In addition, the manufacturers associations will provide support for high tech and start-up companies, based on the experience accumulated in technological incubators.

In un periodo in cui l'Unione Europea sembra distinguersi più del solito per la sua indulgenza nei confronti della marmaglia antisemita e per la sua freddezza nei confronti di Israele, fa particolarmente piacere constatare che il Governo italiano si muove, una volta tanto, in controtendenza.



Ora, se solo Berlusconi si comportasse altrettanto bene all'interno, e non solo nei rapporti con i Paesi amici...
